3D Architectural Visualization
& VR

Photorealistic visualizations, animations and VR walkthroughs for developers, investors and design offices. Unreal Engine 5, Twinmotion and interactive AR experiences.

Next-Generation Visualisations

Our architectural visualisations go beyond static renderings. We combine photorealistic quality with interactive VR, AR and XR technologies, creating immersive experiences for investors, developers and sales offices.

Every visualisation is produced directly from the BIM model, ensuring full design consistency and the ability to update quickly when changes occur.

How We Create Visualisations

From BIM model to final rendering -- a professional production pipeline.

01

BIM Model Import

We import the model from Revit/ArchiCAD and prepare the geometry for the rendering engine.

02

Materials & Lighting

We apply photorealistic PBR materials and set up natural and artificial lighting with HDRI.

03

Rendering & Post-Production

High-resolution rendering, colour grading, environment compositing and final retouching.

04

VR / AR Deploy

Preparation of interactive VR/AR versions, platform publishing and user training.

Benefits of Visualisation & VR

Preview Before Construction

Investors and clients see the final result before breaking ground -- better decisions, fewer changes.

Higher Sales

Developers using VR visualisations report up to 30% higher conversion rates in their sales offices.

Rapid Iteration

Changes in the BIM model automatically update the visualisation -- no need to start from scratch.

Multi-Platform

Visualisations available on desktop, VR headset, tablet and smartphone -- flexible delivery formats.

New

AI in Architectural
Visualisations

We use AI to accelerate the visualisation process -- from automatic landscape generation to AI upscaling and render denoising, reducing production time by up to 60%.

  • AI-generated surroundings and landscaping
  • Neural denoising -- faster rendering without quality loss
  • Automatic style transfer for colour scheme variants
  • AI upscaling of renders to 8K resolution

Technologies

The tools we use to create immersive visualisations and interactive experiences.

Unreal Engine 5 – architectural visualisation
Real-time

Unreal Engine 5

We build interactive worlds where our clients can experience the project as if it were already built. Nanite and Lumen deliver photorealistic quality in real time.

Twinmotion – architectural visualisation
BIM → Viz

Twinmotion

We quickly and easily create multiple versions of a project and present it in a convenient, interactive way. Direct Revit import allows instant visualisation of changes.

Virtual Reality – project walkthrough
VR

Virtual Reality

We enable clients to step inside the project during design. Better feedback leads to a result perfectly tailored to the client's needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a 3D architectural visualization cost?

The cost depends on the project complexity, number of views and level of detail. A single photorealistic render ranges from a few hundred to several thousand euros. VR walkthroughs and animations are quoted individually. Contact us for a free quote — we just need a model or floor plans and a brief description of your expectations.

What is the difference between a visualization and a VR walkthrough?

A visualization is a static image (render) showing the project from a specific viewpoint in photorealistic quality. A VR walkthrough is an interactive experience where the user freely moves through the virtual building using a VR headset or a browser with a 360° panorama. VR allows you to evaluate space, proportions and materials in a way impossible to achieve with a traditional image.

How long does it take to prepare a visualization?

A single photorealistic render takes 3–5 business days from receiving complete materials. An architectural animation takes 2–4 weeks, and an interactive VR walkthrough in Unreal Engine 5 takes 2–6 weeks depending on project scale. Turnaround is affected by the building's complexity and number of revision rounds.
